Moving from 20 yrs experience as Senior Manager in the clothing industry to starting my own business from scratch as a Health Coach was a big step but also a very rewarding one for me.

Having lived with an autoimmune disease most of my life combined with my son's allergies I became occupied researching foods we could eat that would support our health and not be dependant on pills. Within a year, my son's skin cleared up and allergies were gone and I am on no medication.

I love that our bodies can heal itself given the chance and opportunity, but it's not easy as we juggle:
- life/work balance
- environmental and food toxins
- Stress..... to name a few
