I'm a Women’s Wellbeing Yoga Trainer & Educator, Speaker, Empowered Menopause Coach & Mentor. I use ancient yoga tools and the latest science based therapies to empower women to feel strong and in control. I want you to trust your body so YOU can shine!
The reason I focus below the belt?
I’m not ok with capable, productive women who are busy juggling life being shafted when it comes to women’s well-being - and in particular, good pelvic floor function. The old paradigm is imploding. Wise women are waking up to the fact that we’re NOT little men in skirts. Ladies, our bodies are not failing us, but our lifestyles and the paradigm we grew up in have failed our bodies. Passion always stems from experiential knowledge. I’m recovering from growing up in an ill-equipped (for women), medicalised world and experiencing birth traumas and peri menopausal burnout. My ADHD brain has been focused on improving women's health outcomes in birth (my YogaBirthing method), in post-birth recovery (my YogaMums method) and in the peri- to post menopausal years (with my WomensWellbeing.me platform) - for over 20 years!
I’m now passionate about empowering fellow Queenagers with a pain-free body, good posture, great pelvic floor function and an overall feeling of well-being in midlife.
