The main focus of  YES Your Entire Self cic is to increase self worth and empowerment and achieve balance.  We aim to decrease self doubt when at life's crossroads in order to achieve harmony.  We do this through connecting you with your inner/higher self supported by mindfulness, meditation, nature connection and Forest Therapy.  We believe that you hold the answers to your own life circumstances and  hold the power within to make the necessary changes.   We are all on our own unique journey, therefore your own unique life awaits you from within; we have to stop looking for an external solution to an internal problem.

All our facilitators have lived experience and are showing up for themselves today by acknowledging their journey isn't always easy but possible.  As the Founder of YES, I am now living my life of choice and no longer feel shy to talk of spirituality, self growth, nature connection and living life on my own terms; it's not selfish, it's not easy, but for me, I am living my authentic life.

Although we offer 1-2-1s, group activities, events and workshops within Largs we also offer 1-2-1 coaching via zoom/facetime.  Our service also includes a free 'Own My Life' course for women affected by domestic abuse and stepping into a new future.
We also do occasional retreats in Scotland and will be offering a retreat in Sal, Cape Verde depending on interest.

I am a GP with additional training in lifestyle medicine and menopause coaching.
I have worked as an NHS Doctor for 12 years including 7 years in General Practice. Whilst the NHS provides a wonderful service, sometimes patients do not fit into the standard 15 minute GP consultation. The holistic care that is needed often goes deeper, and is more complex than just handing out a prescription.

I decided to start Ebb & Flow so I could reach out and offer lifestyle support or menopause coaching (or a combination of both), to anyone my service resonates with throughout Scotland.

My Story‍

My own path to wellness began 30 years ago with an Autoimmune Disease diagnosis. Through this challenging time, I discovered Reiki and Somatic practices, which opened the door to profound inner healing and the rebalancing of my body, mind, and spirit.

Over the years, I've worked across various healthcare settings, building comprehensive knowledge in Wholistic Wellness. My journey took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with Graves' Disease following periods of chronic stress. This led to transformative life changes, including relocating from Lincolnshire to Glasgow.

My Approach‍

I deeply believe that we all possess the innate capacity for wellness and balance. However, we often become trapped in cycles of stress, emotional discomfort, and chronic health conditions because we've lost touch with our body's wisdom. By learning to listen more deeply and reconnect with ourselves, we can unlock our natural healing potential and nurture lasting and sustainable growth.

This understanding has not only transformed my own life but shapes how I support my clients. Guiding them to access their inner strength and resilience isn't just my profession—it's my passion and purpose.
