Holistic ADHD Coach and Mentor

Hi, I'm Louisa Cannon. Late life diagnosed ADHDer and certified Coach. My mission is to enable women to manage their ADHD in a natural and holistic way whilst also focusing on improving their overall mental, emotional and physical well-being. You will develop clarity on what you want life with ADHD to look like and learn ADHD-friendly tools, techniques and strategies to bring you ever closer to your goals. You will learn what your unique version of ADHD is like and develop powerful and creative work-arounds and solutions that help you manage daily life. We will work together to regulate your nervous system and experience the power of ADHD-friendly mindfulness and meditation techniques. We will explore your thoughts and emotions and develop tools and techniques for coping with big emotions and buzzing thoughts. You will feel deeply and profoundly seen, heard and validated in your lived experience. Each coaching session is a magical, super-charged space where you can be free to be yourself as we explore ideas and create new ways of thinking, being and living with ADHD.
