Hi, I’m Helen, a holistic practitioner with over 23 years of experience in hands on therapies, specialising in the Bowen Technique. I’m absolutely passionate about helping people through both my own diverse remedial work and also through my Bowen Therapy teaching. I offer individual treatments in my clinics in the Highlands, and teach from my beautiful purpose built wellness centre at my home in Muir of Ord, as a tutor for Bowen College UK. I’m also a fully qualified Forest Bathing and Nature Connection Guide and wild swimming leader.
