Holistic Health & Wellbeing Coach

I am a Women's Ayurvedic Holistic Health & Wellbeing Yoga Teacher & Coach. I have over 13 years of health and social care experience, including a degree in social work, and 43 years of lived experience. I’ve walked the path of childhood trauma, chronic illness, alcohol misuse, premature menopause at 34, and a deep disconnection from myself amongst other challenges. Believe me when I say I know what it means to feel broken and not enough. My personal journey isn’t just part of my story. It’s the foundation of everything I do. I specialise in supporting women moving through menstrual health, reproductive and perimenopause challenges, to understand their bodies, regulate their hormones and reconnect with themselves on a deeper, transformational soul level using my S.H.E Framework for wellbeing. My model of Soulful, Holistic and Empowered living weaves together Ayurveda, Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Sound Healing, Belief Coding® and other therapeutic practices. These tools support women to awaken, reclaim and create a life that feels happier, healthier, more aligned and rooted in self-belief, self-worth and self-love. With deeper awareness and the right support, you’ll feel empowered, confident and motivated to embody the life you truly deserve.
