Natural Meditation and Wellbeing provides you with a personal, safe and online place to come and learn or progress through meditation, mindfulness and Yoga Nidra.
These classes are perfect for people who have anxieties surrounding attending group classes, who are looking to have a more personalised experience, who don't have time to attend a group setting or are easily distracted.
Classes are flexible and when possible times can be changed weekly to fit into a busy schedule, because life has a way of being unpredictable.
Meditation and Mindfulness have a wealth of benefits from anxiety and stress reduction, aiding symptoms of depression and finding inner peace, to managing daily life with a more positive and peaceful mindset. Each practice has it's own benefits but can also be intertwined.
Classes are available for children of all ages from little ones finding their feet after the upheaval of the recent pandemic, to teens adjusting to the demands of high school. It can help them learn tools to cope with bullying, exams and giving them a great foundation from moving on to the demands of their next educational journeys.
Natural Meditation and Wellbeing was brought to life after many life struggles of my own and I found solace and strength in the practices of mindfulness and meditation. My aim is to spread the peace, skills and self love I have learned along the way to as many people as possible in the hope of helping them find the benefits I have.
