Universal Holistics is a leading holistic wellness and educational centre based in the tranquil Blackness countryside near Linlithgow, dedicated to nurturing the body, mind and spirit through deeply personalised healing, expert guidance, and transformational experiences. I specialise in tailored holistic treatments, including massage, reflexology, energy healing, sound therapy, life coaching, as well as professional holistic training, offered within an atmosphere of calm, care and authenticity.
I am an experienced and compassionate holistic practitioner with almost 30 years in holistic therapeutic care, having worked across clinical settings, rehabilitation and palliative care before establishing my private clinic in Central Scotland, bringing a rare depth of experience and intuition to my work.
My approach is rooted in the understanding that every person is unique, and that true healing happens when treatment embraces your whole self - embracing the physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic. I combine traditional modalities with advanced energy work, including Reiki (levelled to Master), Sonic Aura Therapy and Sound Healing, Life Coaching, and a blend of complementary techniques, to create bespoke sessions that truly resonate with each client’s needs and intentions.
